Hello, my name is Amran Ahmed. I am a San Diego Native who grew up in City Heights. A couple fun facts about me are that I am the eldest of 7 kids in my family, and I am also a HUGE Harry Potter fan. Looking forward to an amazing year with you all!

Know that each interaction has shaped who we are at Mending Matters and that you made a difference. Each time you showed up, whether to a program or a therapist’s office, you taught us something. We hope you know that we listened. We took the feedback seriously. If you notice us forgetting why we do this work, let us know! Your voices are our guides. You are the reason Mending Matters exists—and we want every space and every program to reflect that. We can’t promise you an easy journey but we can promise to pay attention.
